TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (NYSE:TLP) announced that on April 17, 2009
it declared a distribution of $0.59 per unit for the period from January
1, 2009 through March 31, 2009. This distribution is payable on May 5,
2009 to unitholders of record on April 30, 2009.
