Denver, Colorado - TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (NYSE:TLP) announces that it declared a distribution of $0.63 per unit for the period from October 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011, representing a $0.01 increase over the previous quarter and a 3.3% increase over the $0.61 per unit distribution declared for the fourth quarter of 2010. This distribution is payable on February 7, 2012 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2012.  Read more here.
