Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Razorback L.L.C., TransMontaigne Partners LLC owns and operates pipelines in the United States. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), under authority of the Interstate Commerce Act, regulates the rules and rates established for these pipeline systems.
