Jesse Arenivas

Chief Executive Officer

Jesse Arenivas has served as Chief Executive Officer of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since September 2025. Jesse has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Before joining TransMontaigne, Jesse served as CEO of EnLink Midstream LLC from 2022 to 2025.  Prior to EnLink, he served in several executive roles with Kinder Morgan, Inc. (“KMI”), including President of KMI’s Energy Transition Ventures team and Vice President (President, CO2 segment).  Before joining KMI in 2003, he spent five years at ConocoPhillips Co. in financial and commercial roles. Jesse received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas Permian Basin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Rob Fuller

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Fuller has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since November 2014. Before his tenure at TransMontaigne, Rob served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of TransMontaigne Partners and its affiliates since January 2011 and as its Assistant Treasurer since February 2012. Prior to his affiliation with TransMontaigne, Rob spent 13 years as a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP. Rob has a B.A. in Political Science from Fort Lewis College and an M.A. from the University of Colorado. Rob is licensed as a certified public accountant in Colorado and New York.

Chris Rial

Chief Commercial Officer

Chris Rial joined as Chief Commercial Officer of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries in August 2026. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, spanning bulk liquid terminaling, midstream infrastructure, and energy transition markets. Before joining TransMontaigne, Chris served in progressive business development roles with Plug Power and its predecessor, Joule Processing, from 2015 to 2025, leading commercial strategy for process solutions in the hydrogen market. Chris also co-founded Taproot Energy Partners in 2018, serving as its original Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade in operations and environmental compliance roles across the midstream sector, including with Energy Transfer and its predecessor companies. Chris earned an MBA in Global Energy from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Bioenvironmental Science from Texas A&M University.
