Randy Maffett

Chief Executive Officer

Randy Maffett has served at Chief Executive Officer of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since 2023. Randy has over 45 years of domestic and international experience in all phases of the energy industry including leadership roles at Kinder Morgan, CVR Energy, Enron and Mobil Oil Corp. Prior to joining TransMontaigne, Randy was the President and CEO of Sendero Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity company, and a senior advisor to Macquarie Asset Management. Randy holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Rob Fuller

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Fuller has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since November 2014. Before his tenure at TransMontaigne, Rob served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of TransMontaigne Partners and its affiliates since January 2011 and as its Assistant Treasurer since February 2012. Prior to his affiliation with TransMontaigne, Rob spent 13 years as a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP. Rob has a B.A. in Political Science from Fort Lewis College and an M.A. from the University of Colorado. Rob is licensed as a certified public accountant in Colorado and New York.

Matt White

General Counsel & Secretary

Matt White has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since September 2021. Matt has served in a variety of roles at TransMontaigne and its affiliates starting in March 2015, including as Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining TransMontaigne, Matt was in-house counsel to Oracle America, Inc. and practiced at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Matt received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

Shawn Mongold

Chief Operating Officer

Shawn Mongold has served as Chief Operating Officer of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since March 2023. Shawn previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services from August 2017. Shawn joined a former affiliate of the company in 1996 as a staff engineer and has held several positions, including appointment to Director of Operations Technical Services in 2002, Executive Director of Technical Services in 2005, Vice President of Operations and Technical Services in 2008, and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services in 2017. Prior to his affiliation with the company, Shawn worked for Mid-America Pipeline Company and OXY USA. Shawn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and holds licenses as a Professional Engineer and a Master Electrician.

Holly Kranzmann

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Holly Kranzmann has served as Executive Vice President, Business Development of TransMontaigne Partners and its subsidiaries since January 2023. Holly previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Development from April 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Prior to joining the company, from September 2019 until April 2022, Holly provided advisory and consulting services to various clients including: transportation and logistics companies, renewable energy providers, major oil companies, and government agencies. From November 2013 to August 2019, Holly served as Vice President, Logistics Development for Tesoro Logistics which primarily transported, stored, gathered, processed and distributed crude oil, refined products, natural gas, and other energy related commodities. Holly received a B.B.A in Transportation and Logistics from Iowa State University.
